4.6 Set up a strong working relationship

Write a detailed description of the work the technical partner(s) will do. This will be the basis of your ‘terms of reference’ document. Writing one is useful because it clarifies what will (and will not) be provided as part of the contract.

Agree it with the technical partner, and then make it official by signing a separate contract that refers to these terms of reference.
